Currently, there is no function that allows synchronization to other devices.
It is not synchronization, but all data is stored in the device (app), so it is possible to copy data to another device as it was at a certain point in time by doing a backup and restore of the app.
This is a feature of the expert version, but you can use Dropbox backup and restore without much trouble.
